KELLY TROCKI
Client Service Manager
Contact me:
Kelly joined the firm in March, 2012 as Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to the Team. She also assisted the Chief Compliance Officer with oversight and reporting requirements of the SEC. She was promoted to Client Services Coordinator in August of 2017. Prior to joining the firm, she was the Administrative Assistant for two CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professionals of Globe Wealth Management in New Hampshire.
As Client Service Manager, Kelly is responsible for onboarding clients to the Spraker West Wealth Management investment platform. This includes obtaining and reviewing for completeness all investment statements; preparing all new account applications and transfer forms, which can include annuities, IRAs, 401(k)s, trusts, joint, individual, corporate, and foundation accounts. She also tracks all documents after submitting to the Schwab Institutional Service Team. Her goal is efficient, trouble-free and timely transfers for clients. Once the new accounts are established, her emphasis switches to providing highly responsive servicing for those accounts.
Kelly maintains all Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data, documenting client personal information, beneficiary designations, tax and estate planning details, and a multitude of other key data. As Compliance Assistant, she maintains the documentation on a quarterly and annual basis.
Kelly and her husband, Paul, are natives of New Hampshire. To escape the harsh winters, in 2011 they decided to move to Florida. They sold their bakery in Derry, which they had operated for 10 years, baking from scratch everything from bread and biscuits and cakes and cookies, to tarts and turnovers for both retail and wholesale customers. Now, she is enjoying their new lifestyle, especially the beaches where she loves walking, and paddle and boogie boarding. Kelly is also a devoted walker. When visiting family and friends in Maine and New Hampshire, she steps right back into her skis and flies down as many hills as she can.

ERIC WALTER, MBA, CFP®
Financial Planner
Contact me:
Eric joined the firm the first business day of 2018 after leaving his financial planning position at Northwest Mutual Life Insurance Company in Orlando. He is responsible for creating and updating all Personal Financial Plans for Spraker Wealth Management clients, and writes the Financial Planning Corner for the SWWM Client Quarterly Commentary and website Commentary Blog.
Eric is heavily involved in tax planning with John West, calculating and ensuring annual IRA required minimum distributions (RMDs) and qualified charitable distributions (QCDs) are accurate and complete by year end; also reviewing client tax returns for errors and omissions. Eric assists the Client Services Coordinator with the client service responsibilities for both new & existing clients including opening accounts, initiating and ensuring complete asset transfers from other custodians, and reviewing completeness for beneficiary information on retirement accounts. Eric also assists the Trading Department, reviewing trade orders and placing buys and sells, as needed.
Eric became interested in financial planning while assisting his parents with their finances and estate planning during his father’s battle with Parkinson’s disease and dementia. He saw all the things they did well but also areas where they could have improved. This was the catalyst for his desire to help others with their financial future, and ultimately led to his joining Northwestern Mutual in 2017. There, he was responsible for bringing in new clients and doing financial plans for them.
Eric’s motivation for joining Spraker West Wealth Management was the ability to be on a long-term career track, to work with a team devoted to consistent, high level client communication to help them articulate and prioritize their life goals, organize their financial data, and consult on strategies to achieve those goals. He sees the Personal Financial Plan as a living document and knows the importance and reward of clear financial decision-making processes throughout both working and retirement years.
Eric received a B.A. in Education from the University of Kentucky in 2004 and the Certificate in Financial Planning from Boston University in May, 2020. In October, 2020 he became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. He is currently an MBA Candidate at Boston University's Questrom School of Business and is excited for this next step towards becoming an Advisor of the firm.
Eric and his wife, Jaimie, live in Longwood with their two sons and two rescue dogs, a part-Havanese and an American Bulldog-Boxer mix. He enjoys bike riding, walking the dogs, and hanging out by the pool. He is an avid South Eastern Conference fan, especially Kentucky basketball, and also painfully follows the Cincinnati Bengals and Reds. One of his recent sports highlights was attending the 2019 Citrus Bowl where UK beat Penn State.

Caitlyn Cawthon
Client Service Assistant
Contact me:
Caitlyn started at the firm in January of 2023 as the Client Service Assistant. As Client Service Assistant, Caitlyn assists in onboarding new clients, money movements, scheduling, beneficiary designations, and manages the Customer Relationship Management database among other client service needs. She is also typically the first person you will interact with when calling the office.
Caitlyn has a decade-long history with the Firm before joining as an official team member. She met Susan and John at her first job out of college at what was originally Community Food & Outreach Center, and is now known as United Against Poverty. John and Susan sat on the nonprofit’s Board of Directors, and Caitlyn was one of the organization’s liaisons to the Firm. She always enjoyed working with Spraker West in a community service capacity and is thrilled to now
be a member of the team. She greatly appreciates the warm welcome she has received from all Spraker West Wealth Management clients and allied professionals.
Caitlyn graduated with a B.A. in History and a minor in Nonprofit Management from the University of Central Florida (go Knights!) in 2013. She spent the majority of her career in fundraising and development, working for poverty alleviation, rare genetic disorder, and arts & culture organizations. She also spent a year consulting for new and small nonprofits, helping them jumpstart their fundraising programs. While wealth management is a new industry for her, she has had extensive experience helping in donor relations, and she is excited to learn from the best in the business.
Caitlyn is a native Floridian, having grown up on the west coast in St. Pete Beach. She moved to Orlando for school and now lives with her husband, Kyle, and their German Shepherd-Siberian Husky mix, Lola, in Altamonte Springs. She enjoys listening to a good audio-book and playing dominos with her friends in her spare time. During college football season you will find her at the Bounce House cheering on the UCF Knights as a proud season ticket holder and alumnae.
