Caitlyn joined the firm in January of 2023 as the Client Service Coordinator. She leads the onboarding of new clients, handles money movements, beneficiary designations, account titling, estate transitions, distributions, and general account maintenance. She also assists with scheduling, compliance, and marketing efforts for the firm.
Caitlyn graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and a minor in Nonprofit Management from the University of Central Florida in 2013 (Go Knights!). She spent the first decade of her career in fundraising and development, working for poverty alleviation, rare genetic disorder, and arts & culture organizations. She also spent a year consulting for new and small nonprofits, helping them jumpstart their fundraising programs. The firm’s commitment to philanthropy is one of many reasons why she loves working at SWWM. Currently, she is attending Iowa State University in pursuit of a Master of Family and Consumer Sciences degree in Family Financial Planning.
Caitlyn is a native Floridian, having grown up on the west coast in St. Pete Beach. She currently lives with her husband Kyle, son Rhys, and their dog Lola in Altamonte Springs. She enjoys listening to a good audiobook and always welcomes recommendations of any genre. During college football season, you will find her at the Bounce House cheering on the UCF Knights as a proud (and hopelessly optimistic) season ticket holder and alumna.
